🟩 Who will be my teacher?
Your lessons will be taught by one of our certified Spanish instructors from Oaxaca, Mexico: Miguel Gómez, Óscar Sandoval, Martha Gómez, or Martha Cruz. All of our teachers are certified by an accredited center recognized by the Instituto Cervantes, ensuring the highest standards in Spanish language instruction. Together, we bring years of experience teaching students from around the world. Each of us is passionate about helping learners gain confidence and fluency through engaging, structured, and culturally rich lessons tailored to your needs.

🟩 What materials will we use in class?
For most courses (A1–C2), we follow a structured curriculum based on the CEFR framework (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), used by institutions like Instituto Cervantes. We combine a professional textbook-based approach with our own custom-designed materials, depending on your level and goals.
For Conversational Spanish, we focus on real-life topics and guided speaking practice.
For Spanish on Demand, lessons are fully tailored based on the themes and needs you choose.

🟩 How are the lessons conducted?
All lessons are held online via Zoom. Once you book a class, you’ll receive an email with a unique link to join. Just click it at your scheduled time — no extra setup required.

🟩 What levels do you teach?
We offer courses for all levels — from complete beginners (A1) to advanced learners (C2). You can also choose Conversational Spanish or fully customized lessons with Spanish on Demand.

🟩 Do lessons expire?
No! Your lessons never expire — use them whenever you're ready.

🟩 Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson?
Yes, our system is very flexible. You can cancel or reschedule a lesson through the booking system based on your availability.

🟩 How far in advance can I book a class?
Lessons can be booked as late as 12 hours before they begin, depending on available time slots.

🟩 What are the prices and how can I pay?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). You can pay securely via PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or with a credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard only — American Express is currently not accepted).
